Crochet boxed shell stitch

This stitch is great for shawls, bags and blankets.

Pattern :

Foundation chain :

Multiple of 5 +4

Row1 :

Skip 3,(count as first dc) 1 dc in to the next st, *ch 3,skip 3,2 dc in the next 2 stitches. Reapeat from*

Row 2 :

Ch 3(count as first dc), skip 1 st, *5 dc in previous Ch3, reapeat from *. 1 dc in the last stitch.

Row 3:

Ch3, (count as first dc), 1 dc in next st, * ch 3, skip 3, 2 dc in next 2 stitches. Reapeat from*

 

Rep 2nd and 3nd row until the length desire
