Row 2:

Ch 3,1 fpdc in next st, *2 dc-ch 3-2 dc in previous ch 3,1 fpdc, 1 bpdc in next 5 st, Rep from *. 1 fpdc, 1 bpdc, 1 fpdc, slst in the first ch 3.

Row 3:

Ch 3,1 fpdc, 1 bpdc in the next 3 st, 

*2 dc-ch 3-2 dc in previous ch 3,1 fpdc, 1 bpdc in the next 9 st, Rep from *. 1 fpdc, 1 bpdc in the next 5 st, slst in the first ch 3.
